Sec. 2033.006. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OR USE OF CREDENTIAL.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person knowingly possesses or displays a credential or false credential that identifies the person as the holder of the credential and the person knows that:
(1)the credential is not issued to the person; or
(2)the person is not a license holder.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
