Sec. 2033.005. IMPERSONATING LICENSE HOLDER.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person impersonates a license holder with the intent to induce another person to submit to the actor's purported authority as a license holder or to rely on the actor's actions as an alleged license holder.
(b)An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
