Sec. 2033.102. HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED CEASE AND DESIST ORDER; FINAL ORDER.

(a)If the person against whom a proposed cease and desist order is directed requests, in writing, a hearing before the effective date of the proposed order, the order is automatically stayed pending final adjudication of the order. Unless the person against whom the proposed order is directed requests, in writing, a hearing before the effective date of the proposed order, the order takes effect and is final and nonappealable as to that person.
(b)On receiving a request for a hearing, the executive director shall serve notice of the time and place of the hearing by personal delivery or registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.
