Sec. 1955.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1)"Child-occupied facility" means a building or part of a building constructed before 1978, including a day-care center, preschool, or kindergarten classroom, that is visited regularly by the same child, six years of age or younger, at least two days in any calendar week if the visits are for at least:
(A)three hours each day; and
(B)60 hours each year.
(2)"Department" means the Department of State Health Services.
(3)"Executive commissioner" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
(4)"Federal law and rules" means:
(A)Title IV, Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. Section 2681 et seq.), and the rules adopted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under that law for authorization of s
