Sec. 1955.103. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.
(a)The department may impose an administrative penalty on a person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter. The amount of the penalty may not exceed $5,000 for each day of the violation.
(b)The executive commissioner shall adopt rules relating to the imposition and collection of an administrative penalty.
