Sec. 92.022. REQUIRED RECORDS; CONFIDENTIALITY.
(a)Each temporary common worker employer shall maintain and make available to a governmental subdivision records that show for each common worker provided by the temporary common worker employer to a user of common workers:
(1)the name and address of the worker;
(2)the hours worked;
(3)the places at which the work was performed;
(4)the wages paid to the worker; and
(5)any deductions made from those wages.
(b)The temporary common worker employer shall maintain the records at least until the second anniversary of the date on which the worker was last employed by the temporary common worker employer.
