Sec. 4152.101. EXAMINATION BY COMMISSIONER.
(a)A reinsurance intermediary is subject to examination by the commissioner of the reinsurance intermediary's:
(1)financial condition; and
(2)compliance with the laws of this state affecting the conduct of the reinsurance intermediary's business.
(b)A manager may be examined as if the manager were an insurer.
