Sec. 4152.059. LICENSE EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL.
(a)A reinsurance intermediary license is valid for two years from the date of issuance and may be renewed for two-year terms.
(b)The commissioner may adopt standards for the renewal of a reinsurance intermediary license.
