Sec. 4152.051. LICENSE REQUIRED.
(a)A person may not act as a broker or manager in this state for an insurer engaged in the business of insurance or reinsurance in this state unless the person holds an appropriate license under this chapter.
(b)A person who holds a manager license is not required to obtain a broker license but must comply with Subchapter D to act as a broker.
