Sec. 546.0218. ANNUAL REAUTHORIZATION OF PLANS OF CARE FOR CERTAIN CHILDREN.
(a)The executive commissioner shall adopt rules under which the commission requires a nursing facility in which a child resides to request from the child's parent or guardian a written reauthorization of the child's plan of care.
(b)The rules must require that the written reauthorization be requested annually.
