Sec. 546.0051. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1)"General residential operation" has the meaning assigned by Section 42.002 , Human Resources Code.
(2)"Legally authorized representative" has the meaning assigned by Section 241.151 , Health and Safety Code.
