Sec. 109.252. COURSES AND DEGREES; ADMINISTRATION.
(a)The university shall offer undergraduate-level and graduate-level programs.
(b)The board of regents may approve degree programs, subject to the approval of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, and adopt other rules necessary for the operation and management of the university.
(c)The university is subject to the authority of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
