Art. 2701d. RURAL SUPERVISOR AND SALARY IN COUNTIES HAVING POPULATION OF 1,100 TO 41,500. Section 1. That the County Board of School Trustees in counties having a population of 1,100 to 41,500 according to the last Federal census, and a scholastic population of at least 9200 as shown by the scholastic report for the preceding school year may employ a rural school supervisor or supervisors to plan, outline and supervise the work of the primary and intermediate grades of the rural schools of the county. Such supervisor to have college degree or other appropriate evidence of proficiency in rural supervision. Sec.

2.It shall be the duty of such supervisor to visit the schools of the county and to help the teachers with their class work by teaching demonstration lessons for them; suggesting me
