Art. 2700d-12. OFFICE AND TRAVELING EXPENSES IN COUNTIES OF 29,400 TO 29,450 AND OTHER COUNTIES. Section 1. In counties having a population of not less than twenty-nine thousand, four hundred (29,400) and not more than twenty-nine thousand, four hundred and fifty (29,450), in counties having a population of not less than thirteen thousand, six hundred (13,600) and not more than thirteen thousand, seven hundred (13,700), and counties having a population of not less than thirty four thousand, six hundred and forty (34,640) and not more than thirty four thousand, six hundred and sixty (34,660), according to the last preceding Federal Census, the County Boards of Trustees may make such provisions as they deem necessary for office and traveling expenses of the County Superintendent of Public In
