Art. 2700d-2. SUPERINTENDENT'S SALARY IN COUNTIES HAVING A POPULATION OF 4,660 AND NOT MORE THAN 4,700. Section 1. That the salary of the County Superintendent of Public Instruction of each county in Texas having a population of not less than 4,660 nor more than 4,700 according to the Federal Census of 1920, shall, from and after the passage of this Act be not less than the sum of $2,400.00 per annum nor more than the sum of $3,000.00 per annum. Sec.

2.In making the annual per capita apportionment to the schools of the counties having a population of not less than 4,660 nor more than 4,700 according to the Federal Census of 1920, the County School Trustees shall also make an allowance out of the State and County Available Funds for the payment of the salary of the County Superintendent of
