Art. 2700d-19. COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT--EXPENSES. Section 1. COUNTIES TO WHICH APPLICABLE. In counties having a population of not less than twenty-one thousand, eight hundred and thirty-five (21,835) and not more than twenty-one thousand, eight hundred and fifty (21,850), and in counties having a population of not less than fifty thousand (50,000) and not more than fifty thousand, one hundred (50,100), and in counties having a population of not less than forty-eight thousand, nine hundred (48,900) and not more than forty-nine thousand (49,000), according to the last preceding Federal Census, the county boards of trustees may make such provisions as they deem necessary for office and traveling expenses of the county superintendent of public instruction; provided that the amount of such expend
