§ 2700d-33 — SALARY OF SUPERINTENDENT IN COUNTIES OF 43,125 TO 43,200 POPULATION.

Art. 2700d-33. SALARY OF SUPERINTENDENT IN COUNTIES OF 43,125 TO 43,200 POPULATION. Section 1. From and after the passage of this Act, in all counties of the State of Texas which had a population of not less than forty-three thousand, one hundred and twenty-five (43,125), and not more than forty-three thousand, two hundred (43,200), according to the last preceding Federal Census, the salary of the County Superintendent of Public Instruction shall be Three Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($3,250) per annum, to be paid in accordance with and in the manner as provided by a General Law governing the maintenance of the office of County Superintendent of Public Instruction. Section 1. Sec. 2. All laws and part of laws either here referred to by article, title, or number, General or Special, in conflict herewith are hereby modified and limited to the extent that they are not to be controlling, but the specific provisions of this Act shall be controlling in the counties to which it is made applicable. The provisions of this Act are cumulative of the General Law on this subject, but where not otherwise modified hereby, such General Laws are made applicable.
