Art. 2700d-26. SUPERINTENDENT'S SALARY IN COUNTIES OF 29,750 TO 30,025 POPULATION; REPORTS. Section 1. The salary of the County Superintendent of Public Instruction of each county in Texas, having a population of not less than twenty-nine thousand, seven hundred and fifty (29,750) nor more than thirty thousand and twenty-five (30,025) according to the last Federal Census, shall from and after passage of this Act be not less than the sum of Three Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars ($3,600) per annum. Sec.

2.In making the annual per capita apportionment to the schools of the counties having a population of not less then twenty-nine thousand, seven hundred and fifty (29,750) and not more than thirty thousand and twenty-five (30,025) the County School Trustees shall make an annual allowance out of
