As used in this part:
(1)"Gated subdivision" means a neighborhood with at least three hundred (300) single family residential homes and two (2) or more gates restricting ingress and egress to the neighborhood from a public street; and (2) "Homeowners' association" has the same meaning as defined in § 66-27-701 .
