§ 66-27-315 — Use for sales purposes

A declarant may maintain sales offices, management offices, and models in units owned by the declarant. The declarant may maintain sales offices on common elements in the condominium only if the declaration so provides and specifies the rights of a declarant with regard to the sales offices. Any sales office, management office, or model not designated a unit by the declaration is a common element, and if a declarant ceases to be a unit owner or holder of a development right to create additional units, the declarant ceases to have any rights with regard to the units or in any personal property owned by the declarant and used in connection with the units, unless it is removed from the condominium after notice from the association specifying a reasonable period for the removal.
