Text

As used in this part:

(1)"Apprenticeship" means a program that:
(A)Meets the federal guidelines set out in 29 CFR Part 29 and 29 U.S.C. § 50 ; and (B) Complies with this part and the guidelines established pursuant to § 62-76-202 ;
(2)"Licensing authority" means any state agency with the authority to impose training, education, or licensure fees to practice in a profession; and (3) "State agency" means a state board, agency, or commission attached to the division of regulatory boards, as listed in § 4-3-1304(a) .
