Text
(a)All receptacles and containers used for burial, entombment or other final disposition of a dead human body or the remains of a dead human body shall bear in a conspicuous location on the outside, concise wording describing the material of which the receptacle or container is formed or manufactured, such as, but not limited to, 20 gauge steel, 32 oz. copper, solid oak, 12 gauge steel, reinforced concrete, preformed concrete, soft wood box, etc.
(b)Every person who violates this section commits a Class A misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined no less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) per violation or shall be imprisoned for no less than ten (10) days nor more than ninety (90) days per violation, or both.
