§ 62-4-112 — License fees - Penalties
Tennessee·Title 62
(a)The board shall issue a license to qualified applicants upon receipt of the appropriate fee.
(b)The board shall prescribe fees and penalties under this part pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
