§ 62-39-303 — License - Appraiser - Qualifications
Tennessee·Title 62
To qualify for a real estate appraiser license, an applicant must:
(1)Have a high school diploma or its equivalent; and (2) Have met the current requirements for licensure as set forth by the appraisal qualifications board of the appraisal foundation.
