Text

(a)An individual is eligible to become a certified trainer only if the individual:
(1)Is at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
(2)Has at least one (1) year of supervisory experience satisfactory to the commissioner with a contract security company or proprietary security organization or with any federal, United States military, state, county or municipal law enforcement agency; and (3) Is personally qualified to conduct the training required by this chapter.
(b)A certified trainer may, in the trainer's discretion, instruct personally or use a combination of personal instruction, audio or visual training aids.
(c)To assist in the implementation of the training program, the certified trainer may appoint as an instructor any individual who:
(1)Is at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
