Text

(a)Any person may prefer charges in writing to the commissioner against any certificate holder, licensee, registrant or other person, firm or business offering alarm systems or services in violation of this part.
(b)The commissioner may, after notice and an opportunity for hearing, suspend or revoke a certification or license issued under this part if it is determined that the licensee or certified person has:
(1)Made any false statement or given any false information in connection with any application for a license or for the renewal or reinstatement of a license;
(2)Violated any provision of this part;
(3)Violated any rule promulgated by the commissioner pursuant to the authority contained in this part;
(4)Been convicted of any crime indicating lack of good moral character. However
