Text
This part shall not apply to:
(1)A registered professional architect or engineer acting solely in that professional capacity;
(2)A regular employee of a fire protection sprinkler system contractor acting under its control and supervision; or (3) A person selling or supplying products or materials to a registered fire protection sprinkler system contractor.
