Text
The commissioner, in addition to the powers and duties expressly granted by this chapter, is authorized and empowered to petition any circuit or chancery court having jurisdiction to enjoin any person who is practicing or attempting to practice as a polygraph examiner without possessing a valid license to so practice in accordance with this chapter.
