Text
(a)An application for original license shall be made to the commissioner in writing under oath on forms prescribed by the commissioner and shall be accompanied by the required fee, which is not refundable.
(b)The application shall contain information that the commissioner deems necessary to enable it to judge the qualifications of the applicant.
(c)An action taken under this section shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the Fresh Start Act that are compiled in chapter 76, part 1 of this title.
