Text

A licensee shall notify the commissioner in writing within thirty (30) days of:

(1)Any change in the qualifying agent or principal corporate officers identified in its application for license;
(2)Any material change in the information previously furnished or required to be furnished to the commissioner;
(3)Any occurrence that could reasonably be expected to affect the licensee's right to a license under this part, including, but not limited to, any criminal charges placed against any licensee by any person. An investigations company must also, within thirty (30) days, notify the commissioner of any criminal charges placed against any investigator employed by or affiliated with the company; or (4) Any judgment received by any person for punitive damages against any licensee.
