Text

(a)No person shall engage in business as a commercial pest control operator until the person has secured a charter from the department.
(b)Any form of solicitation for pest control business or advertising is forbidden under this chapter unless the person has a charter issued in one (1) or all of the categories established by regulation under this chapter.
(c)The charter may be granted in any one (1) or all of the categories established by regulation under this chapter.
(d)The charter may be issued only if the requirements of this chapter have been met and the stipulated fees have been received by the department.
(e)A charter shall be required for each office and each branch office. The requirements of this chapter do not apply to any class of commercial pest control operators such as,
