Text
In addition to other powers and duties specified in this chapter, the commissioner shall:
(1)Promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out this part in compliance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5;
(2)Design and adopt an official seal for licensed professional soil scientists to be applied to all drawings, reports, maps, documents, or other papers involving practicing soil science as defined in this part, that have been prepared or approved by a licensed soil scientist or a subordinate employee under such soil scientist's direction for the use of or for delivery to any person or for public record within this state. Such drawings, reports, maps, documents, or other papers shall be signed by the licensee and impressed with the licensee
