Text

(a)A person commits a Class C misdemeanor who:
(1)Presents or attempts to file as that person's own the certificate of registration of another;
(2)Gives forged or willfully false evidence of any kind to the board or any member of the board for the purpose of obtaining a certificate;
(3)Falsely impersonates any other practitioner; or (4) Uses or attempts to use an expired or revoked certificate of registration.
(b)Any person who practices or offers to practice land surveying in this state in violation of this part commits a Class C misdemeanor. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
(c)A person shall be construed to practice, or offer to practice, land surveying who, by verbal claim, sign, advertisement, letterhead, card or any other way, represents the person to be a l
