§ 50-7-913 — Extended benefits

Tennessee·Title 50
An individual who has received all of the combined unemployment benefits and shared work benefits available in a benefit year is considered an exhaustee for purposes of extended benefits, as provided under § 50-7-305 , and, if otherwise eligible under that section, is eligible to receive extended benefits.
