§ 50-6-602 — Part definitions
Tennessee·Title 50
As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Board" means the board of directors of the competitive state compensation insurance fund;
(2)"Fund" means the competitive state compensation insurance fund; and (3) "Personal injury" or "injury" has the meaning given to it in § 50-6-102 .
