Text

Every individual, firm, association, or corporation using the services of one (1) or more persons for pay shall post and maintain in a conspicuous place on the business premises a printed notice regarding workers' compensation as prescribed by the administrator of the bureau of workers' compensation. The notice shall include, at a minimum, a general description of the duties and obligations of both the employer and the employee under the law; the name, address and telephone number of the individual to notify in the event of a work-related injury; a toll-free number and address for the department of labor and workforce development at which employers or employees may obtain additional information; and the name, address and telephone number of a representative of the employer who can confirm
