(a)Persons Wholly Dependent. For the purposes of this chapter, the following persons shall be conclusively presumed to be wholly dependent:
(1)A surviving spouse, unless it is shown that the surviving spouse was voluntarily living apart from the surviving spouse's spouse at the time of injury; and (2) Children under sixteen (16) years of age.
(b)Persons Prima Facie Dependent. Children between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age, or those over eighteen (18) years of age, if physically or mentally incapacitated from earning, shall prima facie be considered dependent.
(c)Actual Dependents. Wife, husband, child, mother, father, grandparent, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, who were wholly supported by the deceased employee at the time of death and for a reasonable per
