Text
All warrants shall include at least the following:
(1)The name of the agency and employee or official requesting the warrant;
(2)The statutory authority for the inspection;
(3)The name of the person or persons submitting affidavits in support of the issuance of the warrants;
(4)The names of the persons who will conduct the inspection;
(5)A reasonable description of the property and items to be inspected and seized;
(6)A brief description of the purposes of the inspection; and (7) Any other requirements or particularity required by the constitutions of the United States and the state of Tennessee, regarding administrative inspections.
