South Carolina·Title 39 TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 6 FAIR PRACTICES OF FARM, CONSTRUCTION, INDUSTRIAL, AND OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS, WHOLESALERS, AND DEALERS
A contract entered into after July 1, 2000 and covered by this chapter, may not establish requirements for venue and jurisdiction.
