§ 33-39-230 — Charter shall be void unless business begun within three years.

South Carolina·Title 33 CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 39 COUNTY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS
If a corporation organized pursuant to this chapter shall fail to begin business within three years from the effective date of its charter, then the charter shall become null and void.
