The registry shall submit an annual report to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Resource Coordination Center of the Department on Aging, the Department of Health and Environmental Control, and the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office.

Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 261, SECTION 15, deleted "Office of the Governor, Division on Aging," following "annual report to", and inserted "of the Department on Aging" following "Coordination Center".
