Text
In the event any person who shall be charged with murder shall, after investigation by the court, be determined to be unable financially to retain adequate legal counsel, the court shall appoint such qualified and experienced counsel to defend such defendant in the trial of the action. Such appointed counsel shall be paid such fee and costs as the court shall deem appropriate.
