§ 45-59.1-13. Certification to establish levels of services and funding.
The tourism improvement district is intended to provide supplemental funding and services
            and not to supplant existing funding or services. After establishing a tourism improvement
            district, the municipality shall not decrease the level of publicly funded tourism
            promotion services in a tourism improvement district existing prior to the creation
            of such tourism improvement district.
