§ 45-10-11. Compelling attendance of witnesses and production of records.
The director of revenue, at the request of the person or persons authorized by § 45-10-4 to make a post audit, may summon and compel the attendance of witnesses for examination
            under oath, and may compel the production of accounts and records described in § 45-10-9.
