§ 45-10-3. Assistance in operation of system.
Whenever a system of accounting has been installed under the provisions of this chapter,
            the town or city council of the municipality in which the system is installed may
            request the assistance of the state director of revenue in the operation of the system,
            and the state director of revenue shall furnish any temporary clerical assistance
            and other assistance as that in the director's judgment may be necessary.
