§ 45-59-19. Agreements with the state.
The state and a district management authority may enter into agreements pursuant to
            which the state agrees with the district management authority that the district management
            authority will thereafter undertake services previously provided by the state in consideration
            of the state's paying to the district management authority of such sums as the parties
            may agree to.
