§ 45-55-8.2. Qualification-based selection of program managers, construction managers, or construction
               managers at risk.
When the purchasing agent determines that the city or town needs the services of a
            program manager, construction manager, or construction manager at risk, the purchasing
            agent shall follow the regulations, as defined in § 45-55-4(16), for qualification-based selection for the procurement of such services.
