§ 45-55-16. Prohibition against the use of lead based paints.
When purchasing paint products or contracting or subcontracting for painting, construction,
            improvement, completion, or repair of any public buildings, public road, public bridge,
            or public construction, all municipalities, as defined by § 45-55-4(11), are prohibited from the use of lead based paint.
