§ 45-55-15. Severability.
If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences or parts of this chapter are for any
            reason adjudged unconstitutional or otherwise invalid in any court, that judgment
            shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisions of this chapter but
            shall be confined in its operation to the specific provisions so held unconstitutional
            or invalid and the inapplicability or invalidity of any section, clause or provisions
            of this chapter in any one or more instances or circumstances shall not be taken to
            affect or prejudice in any way its applicability or validity in any other instance.
