§ 45-48.1-25. Pledge not to alter rights of district.
The state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of the bonds, notes, and
            other evidences of indebtedness of the district that the state will not limit or alter
            rights hereby vested in the district until the bonds, notes, or other evidences of
            indebtedness, together with interest thereon, with interest on any unpaid installment
            of interest and all costs and expenses in connection with any actions or proceedings
            by or on behalf of the bondholders and noteholders, are fully met and discharged.
